Shipping Times

Most orders placed before 3pm Mon-Sat Phoenix time will ship out the same day. Delays in payment or changes to orders may delay shipment. Orders are shipped out in the order they are received. Mail is not picked up on Sundays, nor does our shipping team package orders or print labels. Therefore, most orders from after hours Saturday night, and all day Sunday, will ship out Monday; unless Monday is an observed holiday. Many of our orders placed during business hours during the week ship out extremely quickly; many within an hour or two of being placed. Please do not place orders till you are sure they are as you want. We often cannot catch orders before going out if you want to cancel or change them. We also do not have systems in place to hold orders till a later date. As such, please do not place orders with comments requesting them being held to a later date. Our processes are in place to get shipments out as fast as we possibly can. Holds, changes, and cancellations are not guaranteed to be addressed before your original shipment goes out. Please make sure everything is correct, and that you actually want to place an order, before completion. This will allow our team to do what we do best, and get shipments out to our customers quickly. Due to order volumes on the days where our warehouse is closed, there can be times where your order may be delayed by an extra business day.

Shipping Types

All domestic (excluding US Territories) orders qualify for free shipping via USPS First Class mail. When international orders qualify for free shipping for placing an order over a certain amount Standard Mail will be used for international packages. Priority shipping uses a combination of carriers (either USPS or FedEx) whichever is more economical and can more effectively deliver within 2 days; this, however, is not guaranteed to be a 2-day service. While advertised as a 2-day service on the USPS site, some areas can take longer for delivery along with other delays from weather, mechanical failure, etc. Our Standard Mail option uses DHL eCommerce as a carrier, which uses DHL to take the package to your country, then lets the local post deliver it. There are no extra fees or information needed, but your country's customs may charge import duties. You may select other FedEx, DHL, or USPS shipping types upon checkout. However, please be aware of the required information needed for those shipping types, and possible extra fees when using FedEx as a carrier. Domestic USPS Express shipping does require a signature upon delivery, so please be available to receive the package at the scheduled time.

Local Pickups

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate local pick-up requests. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Postal/Observed Holidays

Orders placed with a USPS shipping services will not be shipped or delivered on USPS postal holidays. However, you may receive a shipping status e-mail update that includes a tracking number. Your tracking number will not update until the following business day. Orders shipped via FedEx or DHL will be processed as normal (except where noted below in the FedEx and DHL holiday shipping schedule). USPS postal holidays are defined as follows:

    • Columbus Day
    • Veterans Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

Orders placed with a FedEx or DHL shipping services will not be shipped or delivered on FedEx and DHL observed holidays. However, you may receive a shipping status e-mail update that includes a tracking number. Your tracking number will not update until the following business day. FedEx and DHL observed holidays are defined as follows:

    • Christmas Day

Customs Duties & Fees

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Also, we will not refund orders which are seized by customs. The buyer should be aware of whether or not a product can be shipped to their country before ordering.

DHL Standard Worldwide Mail + DHL Parcel International Standard (DHL eCommerce)

When selecting DHL as your private carrier for international shipments, there may be additional fees for customer clearance, and DHL may need to contact you to get permission to clear your items through customs. Please be aware of that, and provide DHL the information needed to properly clear and deliver your package.

Payment Verifications

Natrium Health is committed to protecting itself and our customers against the growing threat of online credit card/payment fraud. Financial losses or penalties incurred due to online credit card/payment fraud can have far-reaching, negative effects - including driving up the cost of items that you purchase to the payment processing options that we are able to make available to you.

At our discretion, Natrium Health reserves the right to manually verify payment details on any purchase prior to the shipment of an order. The details requested may include, but not necessarily be limited to, proof of picture ID, billing address and/or credit card.

Scoops/Measurement Devices

Please note that we do not provide scoops with orders. Powders have varying densities thus rendering scoops as inaccurate measuring devices. We always recommend powders be measured using a reliable milligram scale.

Product Returns

Natrium Health does not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product. All other returns will be at the discretion of NatriumHealth.com. Please contact us for additional support.

Product Replacements / Lost Packages

Replacement of items lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of NatriumHealth.com.

If you believe that your package has been lost in the mail, please e-mail our support team at support@natriumhealth.com. Reports of a lost package must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for all domestic orders and within 90 days of purchase for all international orders.
